Denmark’s Crown Prince Frederik was reportedly refused entry to a Brisbane bar overnight because he didn’t have the required ID.
It comes following the introduction of Queensland’s tough new liquor laws.
Newscorp reports the Prince was attempting to enter a bar in the city’s CBD with his entourage when they were turned away by security.

It was only after the group acquired the help of diplomatic protection officers that they were allowed in.
The 49-year-old Prince is in Australia for the Hamilton Island race week.
