Telstra customers have taken to social media this afternoon to vent their frustration at not being able to receive or make voice calls.
The Telco confirmed on Twitter that they were experiencing issues with their 4G network and were working to fix them.
“Our team are looking into an issue impacting some 4G and nbn voice calls – calls over 3G are not impacted,” a Telstra spokesperson wrote.

“We’re working to fix ASAP. We do apologise for any inconvenience.”
According to the telco, customers can still make calls by switching to the 3G network.
