Family Services have been called in after a man was charged with being more than four-times over the legal limit with his daughter in the backseat, in Wollongong.
The 34-year-old was pulled over for a random breath test on Elizabeth Street in Towradgi, around 5.45pm on Friday.
Police say he returned a positive reading and was arrested and taken to Wollongong Police Station where a breath analysis allegedly showed a reading of 0.225.

He was charged with high range PCA, to appear at Wollongong Local Court on Tuesday 30 May.
His licence was suspended and Police also notified Family and Community Services (FACS) about the incident.
