A MAN who lead police on a dangerous car-chase around the Gold Coast on Easter Monday has been jailed for 18 months.
Luke Robinson, 24, appeared in the Southport Magistrates Court this morning where he pleaded guilty to five offences, including dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
His girlfriend was also charged in relation to the pursuit, which began in Carrara and ended in Palm Beach.

Robinson was sentenced to 18 months imprisonment however will be eligible for parole in January next year.
He was also disqualified from driving for five years.
