Dash cam captures teen dicing with death on wet Queensland road

INCREDIBLE footage has emerged showing the terrifying moment a teenager is almost wiped out by traffic on a busy, wet road north of the Gold Coast.

The frightening near-miss was captured on a passing motorist’s dash cam in Logan and posted to popular Facebook site Dash Cam Owners Australia on Monday night.

The footage shows a young teen appearing suddenly in front of traffic after running out onto the multi-lane road from in front of a bus.

Motorists are forced to slam on their brakes as the boy tries to seek the temporary safety of the centre median strip.

After a close call with the first car, he jumps across the bonnet of a second to avoid being run down.

The video has since been seen by thousands and has garnered hundreds of comments from shocked Facebookers.
