DAVID Jones has announced it will close its outlet store at Harbour Town in June next year.
The retailer is trying to cut costs and said it will be closing the underperforming store when the lease expires in June 2015.
DJs is also set to close a store at Birkenhead Point in Sydney.

In a statement, the company said “These lease expiries give us the opportunity to review our store portforlio in light of a our broader strategy.”
David Jones has reportedly put another six stores on notice, but their location is unknown.
The decision to close the two stores comes as the retailer reported a 4.6 per cent fall in first-half profits to $70.1 million on Wednesday.
