MOTORISTS are being warned about heavy delays on the Gold Coast Highway after a multi-car crash.
Three vehicles collided in the northbound lanes of the highway through Burleigh Heads around 10am just after the Tallebudgera Creek bridge.
The accident is causing heavy delays all the way back to 19th Avenue in Palm Beach.

Paramedics have arrived at the scene to assess those involved.
The school holiday traffic is also causing delays on the Gold Coast Highway through Southport and Main Beach.
The M1 is also heavily congested in both directions Reedy Creek and Tugun and southbound from Pimpama to Nerang.
