UPDATE: The quarantine case involving Johnny Depp’s wife Amber Heard will return to Southport Court for another mention next week.
A five day hearing is expected in early 2016. Mrs Johnny Depp was not there today.
Unfortunately the court has blocked all correspondence from Amber’s lawyers so there is no way of knowing who is on the witness list.

EARLIER: The case of Johnny Depp’s dogs will once again return to Southport Magistrates Cour today.
Depp’s wife, Amber Heard, is unlikely to appear in person and court will proceed without her.
The 29-year-old is charged with breaching Australia’s quarantine laws after allegedly failing to declare the entry by private jet of Yorkshire terriers Pistol and Boo in April.
Heard has since vowed never to return to the country and has been absent for all three mentions of her case in the Southport Magistrates Court.
The last hearing three weeks ago was adjourned so Heard’s barrister Paula Morreau could seek instructions from her high-profile client.
