REUNITED! Missing police dog ‘Bravo’ found safe and well

UPDATE @ 12.00 PM | A Queensland Police dog missing from Logan since Friday has been found safe and well.

Bravo, who is a general duties dog, went missing from his handlers property in Regents Park around 8.00pm on November 6.

Following a major search, police confirmed the six-year-old black German Shepherd was found by a member of the public around 9.40am on Sunday morning and taken to Logan Central Station.


“Great news. Police Dog Bravo has been located,” Queensland police said.

“The Queensland Police Service would like to thank the community for their assistance in getting the word out.”

The sweet moment Bravo and his handler were reunited was captured by fellow officers at the station.

Bravo has been taken to a veterinary clinic as a precaution.

EARLIER @ 5.30 AM | Police are appealing for help to find Police Dog Bravo, who has gone missing from his handlers property in Regents Park.

Bravo, who is a general duties dog, was last seen at around 8pm on November 6, whilst off duty.

Officers, including several members of the Dog Squad have been searching for Bravo within the Regents Park area and surrounding suburbs, however are yet to locate him.

Police are asking members of the public to immediately contact them if they spot the six-year-old black German Shepherd.

We’re being urged not to approach or pat the dog if sighted, but to call Triple Zero immediately.
