MOTORISTS are being warned to steer clear of a major intersection at Parkwood this weekend as crews wrap up installing Stage Two of the Light Rail.
Weather permitting, the intersection of Olsen Avenue and Wintergreen and Parklands Drive outside the Gold Coast University Hospital will be closed to all traffic from 8 o’clock tonight (Friday).
This will allow crews to complete the final asphalt resurfacing. The closure will be in force until 5am Monday.
