Driving instructor charged with sexually touching woman

A DRIVING instructor has been charged after allegedly sexually touching a woman during a lesson in Sydney’s west.

Police say the 59-year-old man collected the woman from her home at Wetherill Park last Saturday morning.

It is alleged the man inappropriately touched the woman on several occasions during the lesson.


Following the lesson, the man dropped the woman home and she reported the incident to police.

The 59-year-old was arrested on Crabb Place in Cabramatta on Wednesday morning.

He was taken to Fairfield Police Station where he was charged with two counts of sexually touching another person without consent, and inciting other to do sexual act with them without consent.

The man was released on conditional bail and is due to appear in Fairfield Local Court next month.
