Dugan out, Morris in for NSW Origin side

Canterbury star Josh Morris has been rushed into the NSW Origin side, after fellow centre Josh Dugan was ruled out.

The St George Illawarra play-maker has injured his elbow and will sit out Wednesday night’s series opener against Queensland.

Morris was to run on for the Bulldogs in their regular season match against Canberra this afternoon, but has been released.

Daly Cherry-Evans has been brought in as a standby.
