Dusty’s dad set to return to Australia
The dream run is set to continue for Dustin Martin, with his father expected to be allowed back into Australia.
He’s won a grand final, won a Brownlow Medal and now his deported dad looks likely to return to the country after Immigration Minister Peter Dutton admitted a mistake was made in the decision to deport Shane Martin.
Mr Martin was forced to return to New Zealand last year due to his links to the Rebels motorcycle club.

However, the matter was mentioned in Federal Court today and Justice John Griffiths was told Minister Dutton had agreed the matter should be quashed.
The matter has been adjourned until December 19 to allow time for Mr Martin’s lawyer to discuss visa options with senior counsel.
