Eight injured in separate crashes on Gold Coast roads
It’s been a busy night for paramedics on the Gold Coast, with eight people injured in three separate accidents.
The first crash happened on the Pacific Motorway at Pimpama just before 7.00pm, when a car crashed into a guard rail.
A Queensland Ambulance spokesperson told myGC three adults and one child were treated at the scene by paramedics.
The trio were all taken to Logan Hospital in a stable condition.
Just an hour later, two cars collided on Serisier Avenue in Main Beach, with three people injured.
Two of them sustained minor injuries, whilst a third person suffered suspected spinal injuries.
They were all taken stable to the Gold Coast University Hospital.
While a man was hospitalised after being hit by a car in Broadbeach around 11.30pm.
He was struck on the Gold Coast Highway, but thankfully managed to escape with minor injuries.
He’s recovering in the Gold Coast University Hospital.
