AN elderly man has crashed his car through the wall of Gold Coast supermarket, narrowly missing staff and customers inside.
The man’s Hyundai smashed straight through a brick wall of IGA Currumbin Fair in Currumbin Waters around 8am on Sunday.
It’s understood the man, believed to be aged in his 80s, had accidentally hit the accelerator instead of the brake.
