IT only took Erin McNaught 4 weeks to get back into a bikini after giving birth to son Evander. And now the former Miss Universe Australia has revealed just how she did it.
The 33-year-old admits that she didn’t hit the gym to get back into shape, but instead adopted a simple workout routine any new mum can do at home.
Speaking to Wonderful Mama, Erin said: ‘[A] great way to get back into shape is to use your baby as your weights! Run around the house holding him as an aeroplane.’

Erin said she also followed a clean, nutritious diet, including eating ‘mountains of watermelon’ to stay hydrated while breastfeeding.
