Two explosions have reportedly sparked a massive fire in Brussels.
Local media say the blaze has ripped through several parked cars outside a busy dining strip in the Saint-Gilles area, which is less than two miles from the European Parliament.
Photos and videos posted to social media show multiple vehicles fully engulfed in flames.

Firies and emergency services are at the scene.

The cause of the fire is not yet known, however authorities say it is not believed to be terror related.
