Facebook finally working on a ‘dislike’ button
Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has reportedly announced that Facebook is working on a “dislike” button.
The social media website appears to have had a change of heart, after repeatedly announcing they would not be adding the feature.
Zuckerberg made the announcement in a live stream Q&A session at Facebook headquarters in Menlo Park, California last night.
He said the site wanted users to have the ability to “express empathy”.
“Not every moment is a good moment.”
Zuckerberg did not elaborate on what form the button could take, but it will likely be designed to convey support or sympathy, rather than negativity.
