A MAN who allegedly posed as a nurse and was employed by Queensland Health has been arrested and charged with more than 100 counts of assaulting and wounding his patients.
Nicholas William Crawford, 30, was sacked by the health service for allegedly working under another nurse’s registration.
Somehow his fake documents passed checks, until payroll staff picked up that his registration number didn’t match his name.

Crawford was released on bail on Thursday for 115 charges, including 50 counts of unlawful wounding, 45 of assault, 19 counts of unlawfully supplying dangerous drugs, and one count of fraud.
