Family joins police appeal to help find man missing since 2012

Police are seeking public assistance to help locate a man missing from the Colo Heights area since 2012, with the man’s partner joining police in the appeal.

About 10.30pm on Friday 7 December 2012, 35-year-old Quinn Martin was last seen at a property on Putty Road at Colo Heights.

Quinn was at the property with his partner and two of his five children.

He was working at the rear of the property and failed to return to the farm house. He has not been seen since.

Officers attached to Hawkesbury Local Area Command have been searching for Quinn since his disappearance; however, have not been able to locate him.

Strike Force Vowel has been established to continue the search and investigation into Quinn’s disappearance.

Today, with the assistance of Jana, Quinn’s partner, Strike Force Vowel detectives have reappealed for public assistance to help locate him.

Quinn Martin was well-known in the South Windsor area, having lived there for 15 years and it is likely someone in the area may have seen him since his disappearance.

It’s believed Quinn could have travelled to a number of areas, including the Far North Coast of NSW, Coffs Harbour, Corindi, Grafton, Maroochydore, or Hervey Bay.

He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180-190cm tall, of solid build, with short blond hair and blue eyes.

Quinn was last seen wearing light-grey cargo shorts, work boots and a flannelette shirt.

Quinn’s disappearance is out of character. Detectives are investigating all lines of inquiry, with the possibility he may have met with foul play.
