Farmer run over by tractor on SA farm to be airlifted to hospital

A MAN is being airlifted to hospital after being run over by a tractor on a farm in South Australia.

The incident happened in a paddock on a property at Bordertown in the state’s south-east around 11:30am local time.

It’s understood the man, believed to be aged in his 60s, has suffered serious head and chest injuries.

A MedSTAR plane has been dispatched to airlift the man to a hospital in Adelaide.
