Fears growing for missing Brisbane woman

Police are seeking urgent public assistance to help find a 29-year-old Brisbane woman who was reported missing from New Farm yesterday afternoon.

Catherine Stalker was last seen around 9.30am on Friday. She last made contact with her family at around 1.30pm.

Police and Catherine’s family hold serious concerns for her wellbeing as she suffers from a medical condition.

Catherine’s family says it is out of character for her not to remain in contact with them.

Catherine is Caucasian, about 168cm tall with a fair complexion, dark brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing black jeans and a dark purple shirt.

Police said Catherine is believed to be driving a yellow 2005 Hyundai Elantra with Queensland registration 306IRN, similar to the one pictured below.

She is known to travel between the Gold and Sunshine Coasts.

If anyone has any information about her whereabouts or has seen the vehicle, they are urged to contact police.
