UPDATE: POLICE have confirmed a man has died after a campervan burst into flames at a caravan park west of Brisbane this morning.
Emergency services were called to the Atkinson Dam Road park in Coominya shortly after 4am after a bus which was being used as a campervan exploded.
The bus was completely destroyed in the inferno which police say is being treated as suspicious.

A short time ago, investigators located the body of a man amongst the charred wreckage.
Police said a woman who also lived in the bus escaped unharmed. She was found safe and well at the scene.
Scenes of crime and scientific officers are currently processing the scene.
Investigations are continuing.

EARLIER: Fears are being held for a man who remains unaccounted for following a suspicious fire at a caravan park in South East Queensland this morning.
Police said that preliminary information indicates a fire occurred in a bus, which is used as a campervan, around 4.10am at the Atkinson Dam Road park in Coominya.
Police say the fire, which completely destroyed the campervan, is being treated as suspicious with scientific officers currently examining the scene.
The owner of the campervan, a man aged in his 40s, remains unaccounted for.
A woman who usually resides in the bus was located safe and well at the park.
