A childcare teacher has been charged over the alleged repeated assault of a young boy in Sydney’s north-west.
Police allege the 26-year-old woman assaulted the two-year-old boy on “multiple occasions” at a daycare centre in Castle Hill between Thursday 11 and Wednesday 17 March this year.
Detectives launched an investigation after receiving information about the matter.

Following inquiries, officers attended a home in The Ponds about 1.30pm yesterday and arrested the woman.
She was taken to Castle Hill Police Station where she was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and seven counts of common assault.
The woman was given bail to appear at Parramatta Local Court on 27 April.
