Police are trying to figure out what caused a fire that charred two cars and a carport at a home north of the Gold Coast.
Someone reported a carport of a house had caught alight at Millstream Road, Cedar Vale at around 9.10pm on Wednesday night.
Emergency services doused the flames, meaning the house wasn’t damaged.
The residents escaped without injury.
Investigations are continuing.
