Fire crews are currently battling a large blaze at Currumbin Waters.
The fire erupted inside a building on Currumbin Creek Road just after 1.20pm.
Three fire crews are already on scene working to extinguish the flames, with three more crews en-route.
A Queensland Fire and Emergency service spokesperson confirmed everyone had been evacuated and accounted for.
It’s not yet known what sparked the blaze.
