FIVE men have reportedly been busted at Sydney airport trying to leave for war zones in the Middle East.

An alert was triggered at the airport last week when the men tried to leave the country bound for Syria and Iraq.

All five men are reported to be aged in their 20’s and have since had their passports suspended as investigations into the incident continue.
