Outside of court this morning, McCormack’s lawyer Sam Macedone stressed that his client never traded any child exploitation material.

“I just waned to make it quite clear, that there were never any images that were traded between Ben and anyone else of any child exploitation material,” Mr Macedone said.

“It was nothing more than fantasy talk.”

McCormack was arrested in April after police raided his home and office.
