Former ACA reporter Ben McCormack sentencing adjourned
UPDATE @ 1.30pm: FORMER A Current Affair reporter Ben McCormack has had his sentencing for child porn charges adjourned.
The 43-year-old was arrested in April after police raided his Sydney home and office.
In September, McCormack pleaded guilty to two charges of using a carriage service to transmit, publish or promote child pornography.
Judge Paul Conlon told Sydney’s Downing District Court on Friday that McCormack “sought professional assistance for what he knew was wrong” before he was charged earlier this year.
He will now be sentenced on December 6.
