Former bikie avoids jail for 22nd disqualified driving offence

FORMER bikie Kris Spizzirri has avoided jail time after the Judge suspended his sentence for his 22nd disqualified driving offence.

Spizzirri was originally sentenced to 12 months behind bars with a parole eligibility after four months in March this year, however appealed the sentence and was released just hours later.

In the Southport District Court this morning, the judge immediately suspended Spizzirris’ 12-month sentence, meaning he will not have to serve any time behind bars despite his lengthy history.
