A former Brisbane Broncos and St George Illawarra winger is trying to make it in another sport, the world of professional wrestling.

He officially began his journey on Tuesday with the former Brisbane winger trialing in Orlando, Florida at the WWE’s Performance Centre where he’s taking part in a three-day trial.
As it stands the WWE has only two Australian males signed to deals, Chris Atkins started his journey this week, while Matt Adams has been with the company for three years.
With WWE eager to promote more Australian talent, scouts have had their eye on the 25-year-old for some time.
During the tryout for a contract, the flyer will take part in grueling fitness drills, basic wrestling skill sessions and work on his interview skills.
