Four people hospitalised from three separate Gold Coast crashes

Emergency services were called out to three separate car incidents on the Gold Coast overnight, with four people needing to be hospitalised.

Paramedics were first called out to Arundel around 8.00 pm, following reports that a truck and car had collided.

It happened on the M1 on-ramp at Smith Street.

Two people were briefly assessed at the scene, before being taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in stable conditions.

Just before 10.30 pm, paramedics rushed to the scene of a single-car crash along Finnegan Way in Coomera, where a person had suffered minor injuries.

They were taken in a stable condition to the Uni Hospital, while a second person was assessed but declined transport to hospital.

In the early hours of this morning, emergency services were called to a crash in Parkwood, following reports a car had collided with a parked car.

It happened along Castle Rock Street near Inverness way around 2.00 am.

A man was assessed for spinal injuries at the scene, before being taken to the Uni hospital in a stable condition.
