Four rescued after ‘near drowning’ at Palm Beach
Four people are currently being treated by paramedics following a near-drowning incident on the Gold Coast this afternoon.
It happened in water off the Gold Coast Highway near Tallebudgera Creek around 2.10pm.
A Queensland Ambulance spokesperson said they were called to the scene after receiving reports a number of swimmers had got into trouble in the water.
For people, including a child and woman, are being assessed at the scene.
They’re believed to be in a stable condition.
