With the temperature plummeting on the Gold Coast, Garden Kitchen & Bar at The Star Gold Coast are heating things up by launching a winter menu.
The restaurant’s winter offering features an array of new dishes that are sure to tempt taste buds and help warm up locals and visitors from the inside out.
Lamb lovers are in for a treat with the Milly Hill Lamb Loin, which comes with leek, kale soil, potato puree and a red wine jus.

The Smoked Maremma Duck Breast is another highlight off the new menu, as is the John Dory and the House Smoked Salmon.
Chef de Cuisine of Garden Kitchen & Bar Chris McLeay told myGC said they have tried to keep all of the ingredients as local as possible.
“We reached out to a lot of our suppliers to ensure we are using the freshest, local ingredients. We have integrated these ingredients with some different techniques as well, including utilising our smoker more,” he said.
Mr McLeay said many of the new dishes have been designed to share.
