GC fisherman bitten by shark
A man has been rushed to hospital after being bitten by a shark on the Gold Coast this afternoon.
The 31-year-old was fishing about 20 kilometers offshore from Main Beach when he was bitten.
He suffered a minor bite to the leg after landing the shark on the boat.
He has been transported to Pindara Private Hospital for treatment.
