If you love artists like The Source and Ed Sheeran, then Gold Coast singer/songwriter Jade Mills’ music could be right up your alley.
Speaking on GC Uncovered tonight, the 21-year-old ex-Merrimac High student revealed to 1029 Hot Tomato’s Pete ‘Scoot’ Carter the interesting way she writes her songs ” I write notes on my phone. If I get an idea for anything I get out my phone and write it down. A lot of the time it is just gibberish, but that is how I start writing my songs.”
Mills performs regularly around the GC, and told Scoot she tries to play at the The Loft on Chevron Island every week. “I try to get there every Wednesday for the open mic there,” she said.
