A THREE-year-old girl has been rushed to hospital with horrific injuries after being mauled by two dogs at a house in the NSW Blue Mountains.
The toddler was reportedly visiting the property at Hazelbrook with her family when she was attacked by two large dogs in the backyard just before 3pm on Thursday.
It’s understood the child sustained multiple puncture wounds and a large laceration to her face in the attack.

The youngster was treated by paramedics at the scene before being rushed to Westmead’s Children’s Hospital where she remains in a serious but stable condition.
Although the little girl’s injuries are considered serious, they are not believed to be life-threatening.
It is not known what type of dogs were involved in the attack. They have been seized by police and are now being held by council rangers.
