A man who was the victim of a coward punch outside a Gold Coast pub has died.
Trevor Duroux, 40, from Moree, was reportedly attempting to break up a fight outside the Coolangatta Hotel around 2.25am on Friday December 4, when he was punched in the back of the head.
He had been fighting for life in Gold University Hospital ever since, however sadly passed away this week.

His attacker, an 18-year-old New Zealand national is expected to have his original charge of grievous bodily harm upgraded to unlawful striking causing death when he next appears in Southport Magistrates Court on December 17.
