Two Gold Coasters, Alisha Geary and Nev Hyman will pitch their business ideas to Prince Andrew at Government House in Sydney today.
The pair are among 12 start-ups throughout the country to make it to the national final of the Pitch@Palace Australia start-up competition.
Alisha’s business idea is FAEBELLA, which is a luxury active wear brand that offers apparel with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art designs.

The company’s mission is to share the rich culture and history of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people by presenting their art on active wear.
Nev’s business idea, NevHouse, turns recycled plastic and other sustainable materials into low cost homes, schools and medical clinics.
The structures are constructed in five days or less and function off the grid.
Both Alisha and Nev will battle it out against 10 other finalists, with the winner going on to pitch their idea at the Global Final at St James’ Palace London in December.
