Apprentice Take Over at Nineteen at The Star


13 apprentice chefs from The Star Culinary Institute will take over Nineteen at The Star’s kitchen on Wednesday 10 July 2019 to prepare a sumptuous five-course dinner including beer and wine.*

The apprentices are presenting a menu designed entirely by them with the guidance and support of The Star Gold Coast Executive Chef Dustin Osuch and Nineteen at The Star Executive Chef Kelvin Andrews.
