Brighten up your Sunday morning with the colour and movement of India. Start early with a yoga session, followed by music and dance by contemporary dance school, Navrasa, and a Bollywood dance workshop from Dance Masala.
The significant Indian event, Holi Festival is at the end of March, this is a wonderful chance to get to know more about this culturally rich event and culture. We will have colourful faceprinting and henna artistry available to help get you in the mood.
Ian Cariaga of Health & Wellness community, Gewrew, brings 25 years of yoga experience to HOTA this March. He is passionate about helping people to lead a happy and healthy life through yoga. Join us as he leads a one-hour yoga session before the dancing begins.
Aarti Bajaj, the founder of Navrasa Dance Academy, is no stranger to HOTA. After creating, producing and starring in Meera the Production here in November, Aarti returns in March with the dance school she founded in 2017. Navrasa Dance Academy is all about contemporary Indian music and dance, and with Aarti’s passion for the performing arts, this is a performance you’re sure to remember.
