Girls With Altitude at HOTA, Home of The Arts

Modern role models like Greta Thunberg and Jacinda Ardern are inspiring a whole new generation of young people who want to make a difference.

Combining the cartoons of celebrated Australian artist Judy Horacek (Where is the Green Sheep?), with the world class skills of the young artists of the Flying Fruit Fly Circus, this brand-new show from the environment to equality, the young acrobats propose new perspectives on the future.

17  female performers, aged between 12 and 18 years old, perform an array of circus skills alongside Horacek’s images which are projected onto scrims and screens and digitally animated.

Check out the delightful and staunchly feminist work at HOTA, Home of The Arts this March.
