EFT or Tapping is a safe and effective self calming and clearing technique that is being considered a game changer in the field of Psychology.
Touted by Bond University Psychologist Dr Peta Stapelton in her recent TEDX presentation on the topic of Tapping, as the next wave in psychology, this workshop will introduce you to the 4th wave of personal development.
Your facilitator Nicky Wood is a well versed speaker, Naturopath and Clinical EFT Practitioner and will show you how tapping can be used to handle many aspects of the difficult moments you may face. From changing habits to forming new ones, self managed insecurities and food cravings, pain management and goal setting, this workshop is jam packed full of useful information and participation.
At the end of this workshop you will have learned how to tap for yourself in a number of different and helpful life situations. You won’t be qualified to teach others how to tap but you will experience the calming influence this incredibly powerful yet subtle technique has to offer, and enjoy the empowerment that this life skill has to offer.
