Jarrad Young 12-hour push-up Guinness World Record attempt

Jarrad ‘Joey’ Young is back and looking to break a 32-year-old record for most push-ups in 12 hours!

After ticking off a personal goal of 3000 push-ups in one hour (3054 set back on June 11, 2021 and breaking a Guinness World Record he’d previously held), Young is ready for the next challenge while in peak physical condition and full of confidence from his recent accomplishment.

For such a colossal challenge, the 43-year-old father of two is looking to make a difference in the community and has linked up with reputable Gold Coast based Charity LIVIN to help promote positive mental health, wellbeing education and awareness programs.
