POLICE have today released new details about missing Gold Coast father Gregory John Dufty.
The 37-year-old Ashmore man was last seen at the Ashmore Road Seafood and Steakhouse restaurant, on the night of July 6.
Police have today said that a mack truck is alleged to have picked Dufty up from the Ashmore restaurant and driven him to a dead end street called Nathan Homestead Road at the back of Nerang where it is further alleged he was picked up by another vehicle before vanishing.

Dufty’s mother and former partner joined police today in the appeal for further information.
On the night of the disappearance Dufty is alleged to have been at his ex-partners home playing with their two young girls, acting like nothing was wrong.
Dufty reportedly told his former partner that he was going out to meet a friend and that he would be back, however he never returned.
Over the weekend police blocked off the secluded Nathan Homestead Road and scoured bush land on either side of the road for evidence.
Neighbours were also questioned as to whether they had noticed the Mack truck in the area.
Dufty has been missing for almost three weeks.
