A Gold Coast man who is banned from driving until 2052 has been charged, after he was busted riding a motorbike in Tweed Heads.
The 36-year-old was arrested on Ducat Street around 6.00pm on Thursday, after police spotted the bike being driven dangerously along the road.
“Checks revealed the driver was disqualified form holding a licence until August 2052,” NSW Police said.

The man was also allegedly found in possession of methamphetamine, and the number plates on the motorcycle did not match the registration.
The Coolangatta man was taken to Tweed Heads police station, where he was charged with drive recklessly/furiously or speed/manner dangerous, drive while disqualified, having goods in custody suspected of being stolen, and possess a prohibited drug.
He appeared in Tweed Heads Local Court yesterday, where he was refused bail to re-appear in the same court on 28 January 2021.
