A Gold Coast man is due to face court today after he was allegedly busted with 50kgs of cannabis stashed in his luggage at Adelaide Airport.
The 32-year-old, from Oremeau Hills, was stopped by detectives from the South Australia Police Drug and Organised Crime Taskforce before he was about to board a commercial flight to Brisbane around 1.45pm yesterday.
Upon a search of his bags, officers allegedly discovered approximately 50 kilograms of cannabis.

With the assistance of Australian Federal Police and Australian Border Force, the man was taken into custody and charged with trafficking a large commercial quantity of cannabis.
He was refused police bail to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on 21 December.
