ONE of the Gold Coast’s largest single-level penthouses will go to auction next month, boasting 360-degree views of the ocean, coastline, river and hinterland.
The Gold Coast Bulletin reports that Russian businessman Sergey Katsiev and his wife Liudmila bought Surfers Paradises’ Circle on Cavill south tower penthouse off the plan for $5.45 million eight years ago, but rarely used it.

Now, the 48th-floor sky mansion is on the market for the first time.
The breathtaking property will go under the hummer at the Gold Coast Turf Club on July 17 as part of the Ray White Surfers Paradise Group’s Mid-Year Selection auctions.

It also offers a private 15m lap pool, a spa, and 10-person sauna.
