It appears Ms Guidolin isn’t wasting any time, already creating an Instagram page dedicated to the twin girls, who had more than 23,000 followers just hours after their birth.
The 26-year-old mum of four is known for her intense pregnancy workouts, which has caused an uproar of mixed opinions.
The trainer and nutritionist copped criticism just months ago after she posted a photo on social media lifting weights while 26 weeks pregnant.
Ms Guidolin defended her decision to work out, writing back to her critics –
“A lot of people express concern over women exercising in pregnancy and I 110% understand why. There are so many myths, old wives tales & opinions out there it is hard to understand what is the truth and what is made up. In my opinion, listen to no one except your qualified & trusted medical staff. This week is my 26th week of pregnancy with twins.
“Each pregnancy is different & exercises that I or anyone else may be doing may not be safe for your body to perform. I have studied my pre/post natal certificate for fitness and still believe it comes down to each individual’s fitness, pregnancy and circumstances. I might admit, I am VERY lucky that my husband has 10+ years experience in the industry as a qualified dietician & trainer so it certainly helps for me!”
Ms Guidolin is married to bodybuilder Nathan Wallace.
Since the birth of their twin girls, Ms Guidolins social media acocunts have been flooded with messages of congratulations.
