Gold Coast to host international T20 match
In a huge coup for the Gold Coast, Cricket Australia has announced that Metricon Stadium will host an international T20 match this summer.
The game between Australia and South Africa will be the only T20 of the limited overs series against the Proteas.
The decision by Cricket Australia reiterates their committment to developing professional cricket on the Gold Coast.

The upcoming 2018-19 season consists of more groundbreaking fixtures.
For the first time, Test Cricket will be held at the state-of-the-art Perth Stadium and Canberra’s Manuka Oval.
